The IT objectives of the company have been maintaining by the top management of the company in the market. This has caused many opportunities for the company in the market. The use of the new information system have identified various gaps as there is a lack of training for the employees of the company in the market. The globalization in the IT market have caused he changes in the information system (Sligo et al., 2017). Therefore, due to the lack in knowledge in the staff of the company, the company has been facing various challenges in the market.
